Creepy stuff.  Sounds like they want a return to a "kinder, gentler" version of the prewar era...

The "Liberal Democratic Party" suggested these changes, lol. It sounds like they are ramping it up to make Battle Royale a reality (which would be likely to be banned under such laws, zomg dramatic irony).
