Medical staff swarmed their Los Angeles home on Friday after emergency services received a call claiming that Jolie, 38, was diagnosed with breast cancer. The caller also said metastases were discovered, reported gossip website TMZ.
But after the doctors performed emergency surgery, Jolie's amputated breasts were discovered to be cancer-free. The call was found to be a prank. The perpetrators of the prank are believed to be the same group involved in "cancering" other celebrities like Michael Douglas and Christina Applegate.
