CIA attacking Hugo Chavez

The CIA has been shooting radioactive microwave energy at Hugo Chavez and his comrades causing them to get cancer. They have also used high flying bomber drops of powdered radioactive material near his complex. A weatherman for NBC calculated where the material would blow to after the drop so it would drop more accurately into Hugo Chavez's cup of coffee when he is out in the garden tending to his roses.

What's it matter if people catch on?  It's a death ray.  A DEATH RAY.  I should think they'd want to advertise it.  "Be nice, don't make us warm up the DEATH RAY!"
