How is it not fair? All employees has to motivate their pay raises somehow. Think of it as creating job opportunities. We need jobs if we're gonna pull through this economical crisis, don't we? Iraq gave us lots of job opportunities, and the economy was booming back then, but now we're running out of countries, so we're just pissing around with NATO at the moment.
