There are more black men in prison because more black people commit crimes. This isn't a racist feat. A black man is only slightly more likley to be convicted of the same crime that a white man is accused of. Mainly because of the already existing trend that more black people commit crimes, making it more believable that another committed another crime.

Racism doesn't come out of nothing these days. Blacks outnumber whites in the prison system while only being what, 13% of the population? This doesn't happen because of the fact that 2-3% of the nations population is extremely racist. Nor because of 15-20% of it slightly racist.

This country is fucked if this passes. Good men are going to go to jail and criminals are going to walk free.

There are black people still serving life-sentences for minor crimes like stealing a TV. Racism is alive and well in American "justice"!

this doesn't necessarily mean Soros wants relatively more whites in children for the sake of increasing the white to black prisoner ratio.
The sentencing disparity may refer to the fact that non-blacks tend to get more lenient sentences for committing similar crimes as their black counterparts. In this aspect of the criminal justice system, we can see a significant disparity even when the relative number of crimes committed by blacks (as opposed to other races) shouldn't have any bearing on the sentencing of an individual black criminal in our justice system. This would clearly suggests some racist biases among the judiciary.
Soros isn't necessarily talking about the ratio of blacks convicted to that of whites, but rather relatively harsher prison sentences for blacks when controlling for the crime committed.
