The Chinese are lame

With all other developed countries, the youth protest their governments and drive change.

With the Chinese, these idiots actually protest for their government.  It's like an army of college republicans let loose to scourge the world.

The last time there was a youth protest against the government thousands were killed. I'd protest for the government too in a country like that.

It's the same in the US or Europe. Since the 80s, the youth in the west has been a source of support for government. Today, young people are more trusting of leadership and more likely to believe elected officials represent them. The older someone gets, the more cynical they get about the democratic process.

So, while the west has much greater opportunities for activism and reformist groups, the youth in general is very supportive of government. A quick look at the politics involved in most internet discussion will show you that. People are either crazy right wing or argue within observable boundaries present and imposed at the level of national and international media. This generation sorely lacks progressive zeal compared to the youth of the 60s and 70s. 

So China has changed it's mind about running America. They can't handle debt of that magnitude.
