(AP) A Massachusetts man has been found guilty of littering. Sam Atkins had picked up a negro hitchhiker in his BMW convertible. As the negro(name withheld) was rifling through Mr. Atkin's suit, a paper receipt flew out in view of Sargeant McDaniel. While Sargeant McDaniel was in persuit, Mr. Atkins had already stopped to pick up the receipt but Officer McDaniel who is african american tazered Mr. Atkins and rendered him unconscious. Back up police patted the negro passenger down and found a loaded glock 40 caliber weapon with its serial numbers sandpapered off and a credit card belonging to the white man that was murdered in a rest stop 5 miles down the highway where Mr. Atkins was videotaped picking up the negro. The negro has a lawsuit against the highway patrol for racial profiling for asking about the incident and there will be no charges against the negro for the weapon. It appears that Sargeant McDaniel had lost the evidence the back up policeman recovered. The police station is now being sued by the ACLU because the white police officer believes that the negro is the murderer since the driver of that car had a 40 cal bullet in his head. The white police officer has been fired while the black officer McDaniel is being considered for the top spot of Chief of Police.
Al Sharpton lauded the verdict against Mr. Atkins and said justice has been served.
