Well seeing as Israel destroyed the shit out of Lebanon, and Hezbollah didn't only defend Lebanon and emerge victorious, but it also is rebuilding the whole country with Money from Shia Muslims and Sunni Muslims around the world (Khomos and Zakat respectively). The UN is trying to help Lebanon recover too, and Israel previously killed 4 UN observers. I don't see why Hezbollah and UN won't unite forces in such case.

Oh yeah, the resolution! Well 1701 clearly states that an unofficial Militia should be disarmed. Hezbollah is an official militia since it's part of the government.
