You actually have to go back before his dad was president.  I am not able to help you there, but another excuse was when Sadam threatened his dad, president bush.

I agree with Iraq, but only in the sense that if they were so bad, then Saudis should have been attacked, along with securing the border and give more troops with the war that is now on, with mexico.
