I wish to relay to you another use that I have found for niggers. As I have mentioned before, sometimes I see dead niggers in the road ditch on the way to and from work. I call the highway department to pick them because I don't like the thought of dogs finding them and chewing on them and getting sick.

Well, in some of the more rural areas, the highway department just doesn't pick up these dead niggers anymore, they are short-staffed due to budget cuts and whatnot. I have noticed that after these niggers rot away the vegetation is quite green and lush in that area.

Therefore, I have developed a plan to process these niggers into fertilizer for greenbelts other areas that could use a little food for their vegetation. I think this business will do quite well and I have applied for patents on this process. Investors are welcome.
