The scariest thing about this motherfucker (and the motherfucker before him) is that he will dismantle what Canadians have repeatedly said that they value the most -- the public health system. This will mean nurses asking you for your credit card or private health insurance card when you walk into a hospital. You will have to ask yourself a question that you've never had to ask before, "Can I afford to get sick?"

That's the thing after twelve years of entitlement; our liberals have lost their teeth. They're stuck in a rut, still acting out the disastrous campaign that got them where they are now. "Values"-based politics took on issues-based politics and lost. The left still hasn't adapted, still hasn't realized that people have tuned out the smears and loony liberalism.

No, people have tuned out the lies and rhetoric that say "we care about health care" on the one hand, while doing the opposite on the other (cuts, allowing private clinics). The so-called left (i.e. the Liberals, who cut health care budgets drastically) weren't moving fast enough for the craven wolves at the door (namely American insurance companies).
