Is this legal?

I am a bit of a Serj Tankian fan. I went to his record label ( serjicalstrike.com ) when a friend typed in this:
serjicalstrike.com/multimedia
It's one of those "Index of/" pages filled with a lot of songs, videos, you name it, straight from the site and all for download.
Is this a trap? Or did I miss the memo about it?
I'd really like to know.
I don't want to get sued. : (
