Music Credits

Often on wikipedia when looking at the songs from an album it will say beside a song "written by (x member of the band)"

i never see any citations for this, so im wondering where you can get ahold of info like this (who wrote which songs, or who contributed what to a song, etc)

got any idea?

yeah the book on the inside of the album tells you usually
although sometimes they dont have individual writing credits and it will just tell you the album was written by the band
