Definitely start with In Rainbows. Easily one my all time favorite albums.

the bends if youre into rock.
kid A/hail to the thief if youre into more electronic/experimental music.
but really, go through all of the albums (maybe not pablo honey) one after the other.
theyre such a diverse band, to skip an album is foolish.
