Maynard's everchanging vocals, Danny's insane drumming, Adam's trippy guitar, a perfect combo.

I think their albums get better every time, the softer their stuff the better. It's just musically solid, without sacrificing edge or strength, yet not cheesy like power metal or rock ballads.
