How do i do this

how do i make it so that when i play songs on itunes, people can hear it in perfect quality when i use my mic eg in counter strike or in skype

ive been trying to find this out forever, it just plays through my microphone and its really annoying.

under your volume control/recording settings hit stereo mix/what you hear

someone  mentioned needing a usb headset--having a second sound device is benefitial as otherwise you will be sending the  feed of skype/what ever back--and keep in mind skypes codek will fuck with what ever you play back anyway
