Ugly women music video

We watched a music video in school, but I can't remember by whom it was.  It was something along the lines of rap/ latino music as far as I remember.

The 'plot' starts with some guys pulling up to some women who reject them.  Then some ugly pimp-ish guy pulls up, and the girls get all excited and dance and stuff.  But soon we see that all the girls in the video have the same hideous face.  The video is quite explicit with a lot of masturbatory imagery (motions, exploding fountains).  I am not sure if there was nudity.

We watched it alongside Michel Gondry's work, but I do not believe it was one of his videos.  I'd appreciate if anyone could point me in the right direction.
