Emo is good, why does nobody like it?

What does everyone have against emos and their music? I love emo music, and I'm sort of emo, yeah i cut myself, but my grandad died so... :(

AC/DD is my number one emo band.
I cut my wrists to remember my dead goldfish while I listen to Highway to Hell.
