Internet Radio Stations

Anyone know any free and easy methods of setting up an internet radio station? I want one just so I can give my friends a link to and they can listen to it in their browser or Winamp or similar, and not have to download a client or anything.

SHOUTcast looked not bad, but I figured /music/ would know best.

It may be a little easier to start with a streaming playlist on something like imeem, or are you wanting to do a full-on "radio station" thing?

Get Linux, the number of open source applications out there for shout casting and internet radio is really impressive.
