Is it possible to change/improve the bitrate of songs? I was just wondering since I have heaps of 64kbps songs and I was wondering if it was possible to improve the bitrate to like 190kbps? Please help

No, you can only downgrade the quality when converting.

Yes, use the ``MP3-beating compression'' scheme and compress the file down to one byte -- then, compress it once again.  The universe will implode on itself and a new file will appear replacing the old file.  This new file will have an infinite bitrate and overflow the universe, but that is no problem, just compress it to one byte and then listen to it.
