Indie

No, not everyone chooses Indie bands to be, "unique". I like what they have to say, they cover matters that aren't as simple that most other stupid bands like Blink182 or whatever do, like for example, The Strokes or Rilo Kiley (who are amazing).
Somebody post really good Indie bands that they love so I can listen to them@_@

Indie means Independant. It has nothing to do with popularity. You fucking teenage idiot. You're so fucking ignorant, and your stupid weeaboo faces aren't helping. Just shut the fuck up about shit you know nothing about.

If a band isn't signed to a label, but instead they produce and distribute their albums on their own (or with their own privately created label) then they are "indie." It has nothing to do with their sound or how many people listen to them.

Indie is not a genre.
