Well, technically BPM doesn't mean much. You could have a 9000BPM song that sounds slow, if the composer only drops a beat every 100 measures. Take this song for example; I composed it at 210BPM since I was planning to make a really fast, hardcore song, but it ended up being pretty mellow:
