I'm ripping CDs with CDex.
As opposed to CBR 320 kbps, which takes up a ridiculous amount of HD space,
How EXACTLY should I set my options to free up space yet preserve superior audio quality?

The point of the site is that aps is the best compromise, because almost nobody can tell the difference past that.  They are pretty anal about their naming conventions, but that doesn't stop you from using the copies of EAC and lame they have there for personal use.
