Music for the Royal Fireworks is another famous instrumental piece by him; very much like Water Music in many ways.
if you're into choral works too, Messiah is really good - and not just the last two movements. listen to the entire thing, especially the beginning bits, the Kyrie, etc.

I like Händel's concertos.
