So its been a while since I was really into the Shibuya-Kei scene (well as much as an American who doesn't speak Japanese can be). Anyway I feel like spending more time and money trying to get some new stuff, the problem is I don't know what to look for. So I will ask my fellow otaku, who are the hip new bands and DJs?
