I was a tad dissapointed with her latest album, so I'm hoping this'll make up for it.

i don't like her at all. :( she's not pretty and her music is boring. but my opinion shouldn't count since i'm obsessed with morning musume.

ROFL, Ayumi can actually sing on her own and doesn't need a million dollars of computer equipment to modify her voice to make it sound good. Plus Ayumi is way better looking ... ohh wait a minute. ANYONE is better looking then britney smears and ayumi's breasts are natural!

I have the Ayumi Hamasaki Cyber Trance albums and her My Story.  Personally all her songs sound the same to me, at least the beats anyways.  I don't think she has one song that really stands out.  She's decent but the only problem is that once you buy one of her albums you own them all.

Why would someone listen to her music in the fisrt place?

I'd say that Mika Nakashima is the reigning queen right now, but you gotta figure that Ayumi is still insanely popular after many years, something other groups and singers can't hold a candle to.
