I can sue the police if anyone forcfully injects haldol or other chemical substances into anyone in a home building, makeshift cell, and or on the streets. If police even touch them, I can sue them.

any ordenary thing the police come accrost, if they arrest a single person for just about any kind of thing, I can sue them.

what i do is so many years, i do something quickly, of each, so they dont mind enough to try and report, to try and hold it. i only cage like once every so many years. i use ropes liek once every so many years. also handcuffs. i just magicly and they never report they act like they dont care,
