How do you grow up?

So, I used to like to spend my time playing video games and watching TV, and that is all I've done this past decade, but it's become rather boring and sort of embarrassing. I want to move onto something else but the problem is though that it's pretty much all I know.... What do I spend all my time on now? I'm almost thirty so does that mean I have to get into a relationship with a girl and have kids and all that weird stuff? I don't want to do that yet. It seems like such a chore!

Where do I go from here? How do I become mature? What's the process - in point form preferably.

1) Slow down, you move too fast.  You got to make the morning last.

2) Just kick down the cobble stones.

3)  Visit lamp post.  Greet it, "What cha knowin'?
I've come to watch your flowers growin'"

4)  You've got no deeds to do, no promises to keep.  You're dappled and drowsy and ready to sleep.  Let the morning time drop all its petals on you.

5)  Life, it loves you.  Feel groovy.
