My Penis Smells of AIDs

Ever since I had my first sex experience with my boyfriend in the butt, I cannot get rid of that butt AIDs smell. I went to the doctor and took an STD test and he said I have an AIDs infection.

All he recommends is gun to the head. I'm I the only guy that this has happened to? I just go online to find out if this is common and can't find any information.
