I don't know the exact cause of your negative thinking, but I know that the stress hormone cortisol probably plays a role and that good health will help reduce your stress somewhat. I try to avoid pseudoscience, you should find that you are not wasting your time with this.

Food
There are some foods you can ingest to help you cover your bases and give you most of your vitamins, minerals and protein.

Vitamins
A: Carrots cover it. A carrot a day is not an ordeal, for me. It is a good snack, something to suck on.
B: Yeast extracts like marmite and vegemite are full of vitamin B and folic acid. They do not have vitamin b12, a portion of meat or cheese will cover your vitamin b12. It is black, like my men.
C: You probably get enough vitamin C from all the other foods I suggest but it can't hurt to top it off with some orange juice. My black boyfriend convinced me that OJ Simpson was innocent.
D: You get this from sunlight, if you are a coal black negro you might want to get some cereal with added vitamin D or something. I am white but I eat this cereal anyway and keep out of the sun to prevent UV ray damage and maintain my youthful complexion.
E: there are 2 main types of vitamin E, alpha and gamma, different vegetable oils provide these.

Alpha: sunflower (twice as much as the others), canola or olive
Gamma: corn or soybean

Search for these in your margarine spreads to cover both your Alpha male and Gamma E vitamins, so for instance a mix of olive oil and soy oil would be great. Canola and sunflower oil wouldn't cover gamma. You don't need much, enough to make 2 sandwiches maybe.

K: You will get enough if you are spreading your oils.

Minerals
Going to be honest here, mainly focused on magnesium, iron and calcium. Though there are many others like selenium and manganese, I haven't really spread apart their cheeks and looked into those

calcium: Cheese, milk, yoghurt. Cheese mainly because it is easier to consume. I'm not particular fond of consuming female bodily fluids so I like to pretend they are male bodily fluids.

magnesium: pumpkin seeds, I sprinkle some pumpkin seeds on my beans, they just generally have tons of good minerals in there, I suggest you find a way to get some in your diet, just need a small handful a day, they also contain zinc which is good for the sperm and libido I hear, I like to believe my balls feel better with more zinc in me, tingly and virile

iron: beans, especially red kidney beans, supplemented with chicken livers, I cook the chicken livers in a stew usually because they are quite dry, like my face right now, until tonight that is

other shit
beans contain a lot of soluble fiber, helps you shit, especially important for me, as you might imagine having a black boyfriend and all

yoghurt with live cultures, fermented sauerkraut and other fermented pickles, help introduce beneficial gut flora and suppress harmful gut bacteria, garlic, cumin, red cabbage (chewed raw) turmeric and hot sauce also helps suppress harmful bacteria, turmeric especially helps suppress helicobacter pylori, a leading cause of indigestion, I'm gay

garlic and red cabbage also help reduce the stress hormone cortisol apparently and garlic can increase testosterone, though this is inconclusive and I don't know whether the effects are maintained in the long term
