was reading this thing.

I read this thing if I read it right it sounded like it was saying that, How would we know if it happens where people as a hobbies go and get out of cars randomly walk up to people and ask 'why did you break that federal law', and back in the car saying nothing. walking up to people and blowing a whistle and asking why they broke that federal law?, with a sly face then quietly walking off.

lol walking up to people, saying hello, once the name is givin "you are under a federal investigation" then walking off with showing no identification or saying even who he is, who would even know what to do?
