He went on to give an alternative method: "[flagging] someone down on IRC". The administrator did not stay on the topic long, and proceeded to respond to a user who wished to be known only as "Chuckles".

SFBE is gone you idiots. Any other SFBE is a fake. It's like RedCream, redcream left to tablecat if that's even redcream.
