I used to be like OP too. Then I learned that wire circuits are much cheaper when you build it by hand [with the assistance of computerized hardware] instead of allowing the Japanese to violently rape our wallets with their tiny brand-named garbage until every drop of cash oozes out.
Pick a computer generation and stick with it. If you don't, you'll always be poor trying to obtain the newest and greatest. Which will later also turn to shit.
