If I draw a cartoon mohammed on a paper and run around with it outside, will I get my head peaced off from my shoulders?

It depends on the drawing and where this "outside" is. I'm going to suppose that the drawing is made in a mocking way and with a face.

If it is in a western city or suburb, you'll probably be fine, though you may get called on your shit. Even in an area with a high muslim population, it is highly unlikely that you'd get beaten, much less killed.

Now, if this outside is on a remote village where fundamentalist muslisms live, and they saw the drawing and knew that it was of their prophet, you could get killed, but I don't know if they'd cut your head.

A research of documented killings of infidels could give you a more accurate answer.
