What is wrong with that interpretation?
Everything. First off, it's not logically sound. Suppose that it is true and that black people are inherently different and their intelligence and emotional control are weaker than their white counterparts (since after all, the intelligence distributions do show two separate bell curves with the black peak behind the white one). Picture in your head this graph with two bell curves, one slightly lagging behind the other but otherwise almost superimposed. Now draw a vertical line somewhere in between the peaks. The area under the black curve to the right of the vertical line represents all the black people smarter than the white people represented by the area under the white curve to the left of the vertical line. The statement
all white people are smarter than all black people is obviously false. It would be incorrect to remove all black people, since many are above the white average. Now, about fairness. Let's partake in a small thought experiment, shall we? Suppose, for one second, that statistics show that people with dark hair are, on average, 5% smarter than their blond hair counterparts. You have blond hair, but you're quite smart. Does that mean that you, and everyone who has blond hair should be removed from society to make everything better for everyone else? Or is it just a great excuse to belittle and marginalize you?
Now let's leave aside the stupid major inherent racial difference assumption (inconsistent as proven in the previous paragraph), and focus on a different interpretation (there must be an explanation, right?). Many black people are immigrant or sons of immigrants. These immigrants came to your country only with their cock and balls. They are very likely to be stuck in the economic lower class due to lack of qualifications/education (sometimes with a little hint of racism). Now let's look at their legacy. Do you think their kids will have the same educational environment as an average white kid? Obviously not. Does the lack of a proper education account for the statistical correlations? I think so.
The real problem are
stupid people. Stupidity strikes regardless of ethnicity or gender. And it strikes whenever education is insufficient. And... who is responsible for education? Your government, of course. Stop blaming each other like idiots and start dismantling your idiotic government that doesn't know how to handle its way out of a paper bag if you want your society to, well, outlast you.
