Suppose it's all a big conspiracy (leaving aside that most of the rich and powerful people are white) and they indeed fixed the numbers (for what purpose, I don't know).  What difference does it make that the average nigger has not reached the level of education required to write?  You haven't reached the level of education required to solve differential equations or to do formal proofs, does that mean you're worthless and that you should be exiled?
