Surgically implanted drugs.

So how would our great government react in this great free nation. If someone implanted drugs into another persons body in a way that's not dangerous via surgery in a way that's more risky to take out then its worth. Like cocaine. used to happen in the 50s.  I wounder what happened when the carrier got cough? of course im sure they agreed to having them stuck in there.

I don't know, but it's an interesting idea.
Let's say you start a dog-breeding business, mainly long-haired dogs.
Take out a kidney or whatever, something they can miss, and fill the spot with your bag of drugs. Walk through security. If a securitydog reacts, you can play it cool. Just dogs playing with dogs,
Why long-hair dogs you ask? To hide the scars ofcourse.
Don't want to attract too much attention.
Plus if you get caught, I want to hear the average Joe's reaction if they here that security had to slice some dogs open just for some drugs.

On a human-related scenario, I think it's doable. Like you said, it's been done before. Disadventage would be that it probably will hurt as hell. Your nervesystem isn't build to handle a bag inside of you.

Find a person from the country of your drugs destination, one that likes to go out. Tell your beautiful female partner to seduce him on one of his last nights here. Let her do the kidney trick in a motel, drug him, bathtub filled with ice, you know the deal. But replace his kidney with a bag of drugs.
He's got a ticket back, so even if he's sick, he'll probably go back and get to a hospital in his homecountry.
Let your people back there know what the guy looks like and let them kidnap him between his arrival and his visite to the hospital. Drug him, take the drugs out, bathtub filled with ice etc.
No way to trace back to you, if he gets caught he can't tell shit.

If he goes back to his homecountry ofcourse.
It's kind of a gamble I guess. If he doesn't care about the ticket back home and goes too a hospital in your country, it's another story. Keep an eye on him.
