counterfeiting - passport

Anyone care to share some knowledge needed ?
So far I need information on how I can get the covers, paper and lamination made. Also there seems to be a "page" which is a rather large chip in the passport I am trying to counterfeit.

Any info on how I can "read" the chip and know what's on it ?
It's a page in the passport containing "electrical information".

Also if anyone can tell me how I can reprint a debit card it would be nice to know what printer I need.
