Ive had people very closely affiliated with gangs, do little tricks on me with NLP. however nothing advanced.

It would be Hilarius, if gangs had brain implants to use on people, but some advanced NLP would be very usefull to them. Gov does it some guy, next thing you know it, gangs start useing it.
