Just wondered. Ubuntu here.
Been using linux for ten years, and ubuntu suits me fine. The shell is the same as any hipster distro, less driver headaches and anything I don't llike gets removed anyway.

I use an extensively modified form of Slackware that I call Aufklärung, inevitably abbreviated to "Aufie" (pronounced OW-fee). It was a failed experiment in getting everyone I know to wean them off of Windows.
