HOW DO I BECOME UN-NEET???

I'm sick of being relatively poor and having no social skills or friends. And the constant bouts of social anxiety are driving me CRAZY! Some days it's so bad I can't leave the house even when I really have to because I'm out of food and toiletries.

Whatever happened to that guy who did the high school equivalency thing and then went to college? You still here, guy? How are things going for you?

Go to community college, have the government pay for it. Get a vocational certificate for something like industrial lathe technician or HVAC or something. Wait for all the old men to retire/die. Obtain a job.
