We need a game changer, capable of thinking outside the box and multitasking, who can come up with the next big thing without forgetting the 80 - 20 rule. He needs to be a Six Sigma black belt well versed in web 2.0 (unlike all these people who are just drinking the kool-aid) because at the end of the day we want a win-win situation for everyone. Right now we got this 800 pound gorilla in the room and you guys keep forgetting that in order to make an omelette someone's gonna have to break some eggs.
