Because it's been busted so badly, the Date Accessed update feature is turned off by default, yet file Properties still proudly display Date Accessed as the same as Date Created for all time as if that was something useful to tell us.

I have a multi boot system. Mint desktop, ubuntu minimal install with other shit added on, and windows seven. Windows is the only one that can't keep the clock right. If I only had windows I would think it was a bios issue, but the other operating systems don't have this issue.
