I just looked up crochet and got back results for knitting. THESE ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS. If I look up crochet, I don't want knitting. I don't know how to knit. Also, knitting is more popular so there were more results for knitting than crochet. This would be like looking up pie recipes and getting mostly recipes for cake. In other words useless and frustrating. I shouldn't have to put quotes around every single word I search in case some complete fucking retard at google doesn't know what words mean.

Google tries it's best to guess what you really want, so it tries to apply a little Artificial Intelligence [AI] to your search terms. If you type [ picture of Eiffel Tower ], it might actually return a picture without the word picture in the text. You can precede a word with a + to force it to be included and you can prefix a word with - to force it to be excluded.
