i work with people that use computers every day yet they cannot do what i consider a simple task like installing a program by following the prompts. most of the traffic on the site goes to one board, then a group of 3 or 4 second tier.  i have being for 4 years (not that long for many of you i admit) and i must of visited everyboard but i really dont know much about more than a few.
