Never have been on here, but a certain someone told me this is a good website for my situation.
A friend of mine, who I promised to help decided to do something she regrets. She has asked for my help because she did a shoot for a magazine.. right now the pictures are on facebook and a website, and from there it will be published. She didnt sign a contract but she cant force them to take it down because she is not underage. She's been crying for days to me about this.. i feel bad. I told her I'd do all that i can do to solve this.. I need someone who knows how to work facebook and websites real good if you know what i mean. I'll do whatever it takes to to rid these pictures. Help a guy out.

by the way... these people who wont take it down have there head so far up there ass it's unbelievable. it's crazy how out-of-reality people can be. They think there so big because they have their own clothing line, as if anyone wears them to begin with. Making 50$ in profit a week from your clothes actually makes you a fucking fail. Sorry, venting..

Dunno, but by referring to this model as your "friend" you could be indirectly implying you are actually her. Then again a lot of bullshit comes from that kind of suggestion.
Anyway what kind of publication is this? Do they have a history of corruption in their pay salaries? If ya can't sue them, use them to report a news story. A magazine still counts as part of the media hence their biggest weakness will always be in the way of being reported. It won't bring salaries up, but it may put serious pressure on the publication that they might eventually change their attitude for better or worse, those fucking execs. >:
