Wow, no wonder you got megabaked. If you use a quarter of the resulting butter in a single recipe and eat half of it in one shot, you're chugging down 7 fucking grams of it. It's obviously not dangerous, but it's really overkill. I usually make it so I get about 1g/portion, 2g tops.
