Thank you. I have moved back to the USA on a permanent basis since this nation has fairly lax fraud enforcement. As you may surmise, I have gotten into the property-fraud business. I am having people pay me rent, but I am not the landlord. The risks keep me awake at night sometimes, but the great money flowing in is inarguable to the effort. Dredging for gold is real work; filing a few papers and then changing some locks, is dead easy.
