So what you are saying is that ALTHOUGH the libyan people has many reasons to rise up against Gaddafi, they got help from the CIA. It could have happened naturally, but you somehow stumbled across something that made you believe that CIA was ALSO needlessly involved. At this point it helps if you can present any proof of why you didn't just invent this.
Also, speaking of funding for democratic revolutions: About ten years ago I heard of an OFFICIAL and INDEPENDENT fund that supported democratic revolutions around the world, so anyone looking for funding doesn't have to get dirty financial support from the CIA.
I bet the rebels could get TACTICAL help from the CIA (Although I don't think that giving OUT intelligence is their field.), but that's after the revolution was already a fact.
