What's so bad about child labour?

As long as the child chooses to work I don't see what's so "shocking". Who the fuck are you to decide what they're "supposed" to do? Would it really make you happier that if instead of helping the economy and their families by garnering income, they would be in shitty public schools, dealing drugs, fornicating, and joining gangs?

The rudeness, mischief, debauchery, and criminality practiced by the youth would be greatly dampened by a well-run work camp program.  The rest of society would enjoy strolling through town without the noisy nonsense and posturing of juveniles positioning themselves in their social/sexual rankings and groupings.
